Application Procedure

A*Star Graduate Scholarship (AGS)

Applicants doing a Masters programme at the point of application

  • must have officially completed the Masters programme, and
  • must have been conferred the Masters degree

 

before matriculating in ISEP for PhD at NGS.

Applicants who have submitted their Masters thesis only, but who

  • have not officially graduated from the Masters programme, and
  • have not been conferred the Masters degree

 

must therefore defer their admission (from matriculation to registration) into ISEP, until the Masters degree has been officially awarded.

Please note your application dossier should include

  1. application forms
    • duly completed and signed printout of application form from A*GA Application Portal, and
    • duly completed and signed printout of application form from NUS Graduate Admissions System.
    • duly completed ISEP Admissions Form – this is an online form; it is NOT necessary to generate the printout
  2. all supporting documents listed under “Application Procedure” on https://isep.nus.edu.sg/prospective-students/apply-now/

The dossier should be uploaded to this location.

    1. By NETS at Student Service Centre at YIH using the Application Fee Payment Form; include a scan of the NETS receipt and the "Applicant's Copy" section of the Payment Form in your PDF dossier
    2. By cheque, crossed and made payable to "National University of Singapore";  please mail the  cheque  to

  2. for A*Graduate Scholarship
    • duly completed and signed printout of your application form, generated from “NUS Graduate Admissions System” – PEN down “A*STAR Graduate Scholarship” and strike out “NGS Scholarship” as the Source of Finance
    • duly completed and signed printout of the AGS application form, generated from the “A*GA Application Portal”
  3. ONE set of supporting documents listed under “Application Procedure” on https://isep.nus.edu.sg/prospective-students/apply-now/
